I acknowledge that participation in this event may involve certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to potential risks, such as physical injury, property damage, etc. In consideration for being permitted to participate in Heavenly Match Event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Muslim Congress, their trustees, directors, and volunteers, (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or in any way related to my participation in the Heavenly Match Event, including but not limited to any claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

Religious Affiliation & Right of Dismissal: I formally acknowledge and affirm that I am a follower of the Shia Ithna-Asheri faith. I understand that the organizers reserve the absolute right to revoke my participation and/or remove me from the event premises at any time, at their sole discretion, for conduct deemed inconsistent with community standards or for any misrepresentation of my religious affiliation. In the event of such a removal or dismissal, I expressly agree that I am not entitled to a refund, partial or otherwise, of any fees paid.

I understand and acknowledge that this release extends to any and all claims I may have against the Released Parties, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of or in any way related to my participation in Heavenly Match Event. I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way related to my participation in Heavenly Match Event.

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by signing this agreement, I am waiving certain legal rights that I may have against the Released Parties.
